Every year, the top achievers in each state's DECA competition qualify to attend the International Career Development Conference, DECA's national competition. Over 12,000 students representing all 50 states, Canada, and Guam compete in occupational series', manuals, and research projects. Students compete against the "best of the best" for a chance to win medallions, trophies, cash awards, and national recognition.
