Every fall, Brown Deer DECA attends a leadership lab sponsored by Wisconsin DECA. The purpose of this lab is to allow students to discover, through active participation, the following: leadership, team-building, professional skills, problem solving, and principles of group organization. Over the years, thousands of Wisconsin high school marketing students have attended this lab, several hundred from Brown Deer. Students have found the lab to be upbeat, educationally rewarding, and fun.
